Fast Food & Restaurant Guide

Part of the Program materials, this guide lets you know what is acceptable on Stages One and Two in a number of restaurant chains across the United States.
It is not possible to research restaurant foods with the same accuracy as brand name products, however.  Most food chains use many different suppliers in the various parts of the country, and these suppliers purchase ingredients from a variety of manufacturers. 
Please be aware that different branches of the same chain can use different products,and that products can change at any time.  Therefore, it is wise to avoid eating in fast food restaurants until your family members needing the diet have already shown distinct improvement, so that you can recognize a reaction should one occur.
